Salary:
Up to £24,000 Per Annum Dependent Upon Experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Applications Analyst to join our established Systems team. As a Business Applications Support Analyst you will play an essential role in supporting our community wide operational teams in fully utilising our key systems.

The Business Applications Support Analyst is a role within the Systems Team with the primary objective of supporting our community wide operational teams in fully utilising our key systems, including Charms and Access.

The role would suit somebody who has experience of providing end users with systems support, would like the opportunity to learn more about how our current and our new systems are configured and work with teams across our whole community.

We are open to applications from people who are not based near Bromsgrove but are willing to travel occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration of our Key Business applications, including Charms for fostering and adoption, Access People Planner and Access Care Planning, for residential.
  • Manage system permissions and audit user access
  • Support Super Users in the resolution of end user queries
  • Review how the applications are used identify best practice and opportunities for improvements
  • Review new functionality as it is released and implement when adopted

Skills and experience

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, in both business terms and technical terms
  • Experience of documenting processes, developing user guides and systems training
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good IT Skills

Additional Skills

  • Train users on new systems and support their usage until proficient
  • Answer all enquires and provide solutions
  • Mange the reconciliation process between systems to ensure a smooth handover
  • Identify and deliver continuous training on systems
  • Support management in dealing with differing agencies and present as the face of the service
  • Work with other internal departments, e.g. Finance and Payroll, to ensure a joined up solution.
