Remarkable Jobs are hiring on behalf of our well-established estate agency client for a Property Inspection Manager to join their team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual who enjoys working independently and travelling locally. This Property Inspection Manager role plays a key part in ensuring the continued quality and upkeep of a large managed portfolio of residential properties.

Property Inspection Manager – Role Overview:
As the Property Inspection Manager, you will be fully responsible for conducting and managing quarterly property inspections across a wide range of properties in areas including Woodley, Earley, Reading, Caversham, Twyford and nearby locations.

Property Inspection Manager – Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and book all property inspections a month in advance.

  
  

• Plan efficient travel routes for daily inspections.

  
  

• Carry out between 10-15 inspections per day, with each visit typically lasting 10 minutes.

  
  

• Use company software to update inspection reports based on the previous visit.

  
  

• Send completed reports to landlords.

  
  

• Communicate any maintenance issues to the Property Management team.

  
  

• Organise and collect property keys each day from the Reading office.

  
  

• Utilise the company pool car as required.
