We are currently recruiting a Customer Experience Manager to lead our Customer Service and complaints team.

This roles provides a unique opportunity to shape and influence the development and delivery of council services.
We’re on a journey shaping our teams and processes to enable us to make a real difference to people’s lives, delivering vital public services to the residents in Charnwood.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day delivery of the Customer Service functions ensuring consistent, cost effective and efficient service, offering positive customer experience to all.
Manage the Council’s Corporate Complaints Policy, managing the stage 2 responses, working across the Council to minimise complaints.
