Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join their team in Peterborough. This is a static site-based role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and loves to be organized!

What We're Looking For

We need a proactive individual with:

  • Proven administrative experience in a busy office setting.
  • Facilities maintenance Knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • PPM Planning
  • Dealing with subcontractors
  • Managing and maintaining records, documents, and databases.
  • Processing paperwork and handling general correspondence.
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordination for the facilities team.
  • Ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
