Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line technical support to staff and students.
- Managing and maintaining the school's hardware, software, and network infrastructure (Google Drive).
- Resolving ICT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies.
- Supporting the maintenance and development of schools' ICT resources.
Key Requirements
- Practical knowledge of ICT systems and Google Drive.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the resilience to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff and students.
- A relevant ICT qualification or comparable experience.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently.
