If you have a background in supporting children with additional needs and disabilities-including autism, PMLD, SpLD, SEMH or other Special Educational Needs-we'd love to hear from you!
Your Role
- Supporting pupils across different Key Stages in accessing their education.
- Assisting students with learning activities set by teachers and encouraging independence.
- Promoting confidence, inclusion, and a positive school experience.
- Using effective communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, BSL, or other SEN strategies.
