Location: Porthcawl / Bridgend area | £12.70 per hour + paid travel time + mileage | 30 hours per week

At My Choice Healthcare, we believe everyone deserves to live well in their own home. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support that truly transforms lives – one visit at a time.
What You’ll Do
✔ Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
✔ Support with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and medication
✔ Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being and confidence
✔ Build trust and consistency in your relationships with clients and their families
✔ Maintain records and communicate effectively with your team
Who You Are
✔ Caring and empathetic, with a genuine desire to support others
✔ Dependable and committed, understanding the importance of punctuality and consistency
✔ Flexible and adaptable, able to work across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
✔ Team-focused, contributing to a supportive and respectful workplace
✔ Eager to learn, with training provided – no previous experience required
✔ Driver essential – You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Job Details
Pay: £12.70 per hour + 35p/mile + paid travel time at £12.21/hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Shifts: 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–22:30 on a rota basis, including weekends and public holidays
