Co-ordinate the successful planning and delivery of the quarterly Research Advisory Group.

Maintain the research area of the intranet page/share point to ensure it remains relevant, up to date and engaging.

Assist the Research and Evaluation Manager to draft briefings, literature reviews and research papers and reports.

Support the Research and Evaluation team with the planning, organisation and delivery of research activities, such as focus groups and interviews.

About you

Whilst a degree is not an essential requirement, an academic background is a great starting point for this position. You will need to have experience of research, analysing data and writing reports that impart information that is clear, engaging and impactful for a variety of audiences. Our ideal colleague will be a confident self-starter with the confidence and ability to demonstrate initiative and get involved in a number of projects. A high level of IT proficiency is required across the Microsoft Office Suite along with experience of using databases (we use Salesforce). If you can bring research and evaluation skills, we will support your wider learning and training on the job to allow you to grow with the role. Whilst we would prefer the hours to be worked over 3 days, we can offer some flexibility for the ideal candidate. We offer hybrid working with the expectation of attending the office on a minimum of 2 days per week (based on 3 days working).
