4. Manage email correspondence, send proposals, documentation, and follow-up communications.
5. Keep client records up to date within internal systems.
6. Support business development by identifying opportunities, following up leads, and maintaining engagement with prospective clients.
7. Contribute to marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and website content.
8. Assist with general administrative tasks including document formatting, scheduling, and office coordination.
9. Liaise with consultants and clients to help coordinate service delivery.

What We’re Looking For
1. A “get up and go” attitude – someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to take initiative
2. Strong communication skills – professional, clear, and engaging
3. Focused on achieving goals and delivering excellent service
4. Ideally a background in health and safety, fire safety, environmental services, or a related sector
5. Highly organised with good attention to detail
6. Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
7. Able to manage time effectively and prioritise work in a busy environment
