Crynodeb
To assist experienced team members in supporting persons living with us lead a full and varied life. Noone being supported is classified as being of high dependency and most are below pension age. Experience is not essential as full onsite training is offered during your paid work hours and you will be assigned a mentor to help develop your skills. The job will be for 32 hours a week although persons wishing to do less hours will also be considered. Work times vary as we offer different start and finish times to fit in with family life where possible. This role is open to anyone aged 18 or older and as such any successful applicant will be paid at least the full national living wage. The job requires you to have a current DBS check which we will pay for and you must be able to supply 2 suitable references.
