Our client is currently looking for Sales Executives to work for a local company based in Wellingborough.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30pm.
Job description
An excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commission selling advertising space to raise money for schools around the country. We have been around for more than 20 years and have raised well over £1m for schools across the country.
Demand for our services is high and we are looking to expand our successful team.
We are looking for new colleagues who have the drive, confidence and ability to thrive in a successful and competitive environment where hard work is rewarded.
Salary is £20,000-£22,000 basic with a realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000+.
The Role
- Contacting local businesses and school partners to offer advertising and sponsorship inside school brochures.
- Sourcing your own leads.
- Managing your own project.
- Negotiating and closing sales.
The Environment
- Telephone sales, but not a call centre.
- No scripts, we need your personality to shine through to gain those sales.
- Varied team all focused on performing well to fund raise for the schools and earn uncapped commission.
The Person
- We are looking for a confident and persuasive candidate who enjoys selling and speaking with customers over the telephone.
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential. You will need an aptitude to generate interest, build rapport and close sales. This is not a role for someone wanting to read a script!
- Self motivated. You will be expected to manage your own project and time, in a small, successful team.
- Motivated by targets. The earning potential is excellent and achievable, but requires motivation, determination and hard work.
- Confident yet warm and friendly.
