Key responsibilities of the role include: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with practice protocols. Providing support to HCAs Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Mentoring students QOF, DES & LES Implementation. Requirements: Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. Strong knowledge of patient care practices and anatomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Commitment to continuous professional development Days and hours are negotiable but must include Monday & Friday. This role requires a well-presented individual with a calm, methodical approach to work and the ability to interact empathetically and professionally with the public and communicate effectively with your colleagues throughout the practice. A working knowledge of EMIS Web would be advantageous, although not essential, as full training will be provided.
