We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Implementation Specialist for a futuristic position. This role requires a strong foundation in core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR) as well as expertise in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Informatica, with experience in tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Trello for project visibility and system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the implementation and configuration of Infor M3 modules.
Manage and support system integrations using: Infor ION, ION API Gateway, MuleSoft (including DataWeave), Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud, Altova MapForce, and Talend Open Studio
Customize and extend M3 functionality using: Infor Mongoose Framework, MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit), Infor Process Automation (IPA) for workflow management
Deploy and support cloud-based environments through Infor CloudSuite
Work with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth data migration, configuration, and go-live activities
Monitor performance, integration flows, and system health using tools like Grafana, Nagios, and Prometheus
Track project tasks and milestones using Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support for business teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Infor M3 ERP implementation, configuration, and integration
Functional expertise in M3 modules: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance
Strong experience with integration and ETL platforms: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Talend
Experience with Infor ION, Mongoose, and IPA
Familiarity with system monitoring and visualization tools like Grafana, Nagios, or Prometheus
Proficiency in using project management tools: Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
Infor certifications in M3 functional or technical domains
Experience in multi-tenant Infor Cloud Suite environments
Background in regulated industries or complex enterprise ERP deployments
Knowledge of API management and performance optimization
