YOUR ROLE:
As Operations Director, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of this growing property management business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll take full ownership of operations across lettings, maintenance, compliance, and tenancy management, all while leading and developing a cross-functional team.
You’ll be central to business strategy, playing a pivotal role in scaling services, strengthening partner relationships, and improving the lives of vulnerable tenants across a high-quality, specialist housing portfolio.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader with:
✔ Senior-level experience in property management or housing operations
✔ Deep understanding of the social or supported housing landscape
✔ Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and improve performance
✔ Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and housing legislation
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract management skills
✔ Commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence
Experience working with vulnerable tenant groups and familiarity with public sector housing contracts will be highly valued.
