Job title: Infor M3 Business Analyst
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Infor M3 Business Analyst for a futuristic position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across functional domains like Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR, combined with strong technical awareness of tools such as M3 Business Engine (BE), IPA, Infor ION, LCM, and M3 Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across core M3 modules
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design M3-based solutions that align with operational goals and business strategy.
Utilize Infor M3 CloudSuite, Smart Office, H5 Client, and Go Mobile Application to support functional configurations and user training.
Support process automation and workflow improvements using: Infor Process Automation (IPA), Infor Workflow Designer, Infor Ming.le (Collaboration & Notification platform)
Coordinate with technical teams to implement integrations and enhancements using: Infor ION, ION API Gateway, Business Object Documents (BODs), Infor OS Security Services
Assist in lifecycle management of environments using M3 LifeCycle Manager (LCM).
Create, validate, and support analytical reports and dashboards using Infor M3 Analytics and Birst.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, participate in testing and validation cycles, and support change management initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Infor M3 environments.
Strong functional expertise across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and HR modules.
Proficiency in Infor M3 CloudSuite, Smart Office, H5, and mobile access tools.
Familiarity with automation and integration platforms including IPA, Infor ION, and ION API Gateway.
Knowledge of Infor Birst, M3 Analytics, and report-building tools.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Infor certification(s) in functional M3 areas or business analysis.
Experience with global implementations and multi-entity configurations.
Knowledge of industry best practices and ERP-driven business transformation.
