Crynodeb
Leads by example, acting as an accountable role model and project management expert for the service. Enables operational staff to have a thorough understanding of project management, by providing advice, through training, and dissemination of best practice. Supports the business and workforce planning process, ensuring that he decision making process is evidenced based and meets organisational programme objectives. Responsible for self-managing and prioritising own workload. The post holder will be required to have good IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Hold a Masters degree or equivalent professional/managerial qualification. PRINCE 2 registered Practitioner or other recognised qualification in project management.
