Summary
Hamilton Cross part of City and County care group is NOW recruiting for experienced Senior Care Assistant for our client in NORWICH and surrounding areas!
This is a really exciting opportunity for people looking to be part of an amazing team and develop their skills.
We are looking for PEOPLE who can commit to working 22+ hours per week.
To apply for the role you must have:
6 months full time UK Senior Care experience
MUST have NVQ 3
Role and Responsibilities.
You will be working in a large residential home so you must display excellent communication and leadership skills to help support your team during the shift.
You will be responsible for reporting any incidents / concerns to the home manager.
You may be required to do daily handovers.
You must be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to deal with difficult situations if they arise.
You will also be assisting with personal care, administering medication, assisting with meals and daily needs of the service users.
Completing daily notes, either via in house record systems or paper based notes.
Interact with the residents and service users to provide intellectual stimulation.
Offering emotional support to residents and families.
Collaboration with significant others.
