About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day services run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support daily operations
Work closely with the team to manage bookings, dispatch, and customer service
Handle queries, resolve issues, and support drivers
Ensure high standards of professionalism and service are maintained at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
Smart appearance and professional attitude
Experience in the taxi or private hire industry is beneficial but not essential – the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important
