• To develop, monitor, and maintain positive personal relationships with vulnerable children in care, while effectively addressing their physical and emotional needs in line with established programs.
• To assist in managing behavioural challenges and supporting children in vulnerable situations, adhering to appropriate rules and regulations that align with Central Government and organisational guidelines and procedures.
• To create an emotionally secure, consistent, warm, supportive, and nurturing environment that caters to the physical, social, cultural, and religious needs of disabled children and young people residing in the facility.
• To supervise and actively participate in social and recreational activities for young people, both within the residential setting and in the community.
• To help identify and assess the problems and needs of vulnerable children. To contribute as needed to the preparation, implementation, and review of planning agreements within the keyworker system and to attend planning meetings and reviews when necessary.
