Property Services Compliance
Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing company in the Newham
area who are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team on a 6 month contract
basis.
They are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team, to ensure that
our projects and operations comply with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and
company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- To call residents on a given area to arrange appointments for their Gas Safety Check
- To visit residents properties should the need be required
- To raise legal action against residents that are not engaging
- Manage own casework for Gas, Asbestos and Water. Security Lifts and Electrics Pillars ensuring compliance is met.
- To liaise with Local Centre Offices to identify particular issues regarding tenancy management and to produce documentation which will assist the Local Centre Offices in progressing such.
- Run reports, analyse data and produce graphs / reports as required by the Team Leader, Head of Service or Property Services Director.
Key Qualifications/Knowledge
- Social housing/Local authority background
- Excellent IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
