We design and construct secure government buildings and courier diplomatic packages worldwide, safeguard government tech and a whole lot more. Our work is as varied and vital as it gets, but we never lose sight of our people. Their skills, aspirations and growth mean as much as the global mission we’re on. In our world, it all matters.
Our Digital and Data technology team are at the forefront of digital innovation. They provide best in-class solutions for our clients, helping to shape and support a data driven future for UK government. Whether it’s creating bespoke, secure software, offering programme and application support or moving an entire embassy’s servers to a Cloud platform. No matter the task, they are on hand to support. Now, you’ve got the opportunity to join them.
Providing innovation to government partners.
Delivering best-in-class solutions.
Working at the cutting-edge of technology
It all matters.
Lead, innovate and improve our high-profile ROSA service
We are looking for a high level or ROSA experience as you will be responsible for the operational management and leadership of the Cross Government ROSA Platform, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders within the FCDO, ROSA Service Organisation and other government departments to expand and improve the service.
Day-to-day, you’ll manage all the ROSA Disciplines, overseeing Training, Corporate Information, Account Management and ROSA asset management of the fixed and mobile estate. You will be the lead contact for the FCDO global estate of over 180 diplomatic posts.
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of business processes, prepare business cases, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement amongst your teams.
Liaising with teams and colleagues across government, you’ll act as a subject matter expert and source of guidance, delivering service reporting to customers and acting as their lead contact. This is a vital and challenging role that offers reward like no other, so you’ll be passionate, dedicated and driven in all things.
Use your unique skillset to drive new levels of ROSA excellence
With experience in management and leadership, and advanced knowledge in all ROSA disciplines, you’ll be an established professional with a comprehensive skillset in customer management and service delivery.
This is a very hands-on role and having been trained and accredited to Cabinet Office standards in all ROSA disciplines, you’ll be capable of drafting business cases, carrying out effective resource and financial planning, and will have significant commercial awareness. You may also have worked with other government departments in a previous role or have experience of stakeholder management.
More than anything, you’ll be a true team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the desire to pursue continuous improvement and drive the service to become a cross-government ROSA Centre of Excellence.
Discover the support you need to grow your career further
But we’re always looking to improve – just like you. That’s why when you join us, expect to receive a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement and a Civil Service Pension. Along with this, you’ll also have access to training and other development opportunities to help grow your career with us. Our offices have an on-site gym, nursery, café, and restaurant, and we offer interest-free loans on season tickets and bikes to help you get there. It's a great set of benefits made to support all you do, and all you need.

It takes a diverse team to protect a diverse world
The vital work we do takes an incredible community of colleagues, with different skills, backgrounds, cultures and identities. We support every individual, so that you always know you’re welcome and valued. It’s what makes us a Disability Confident employer. And why we’re recognised as a ‘Carer Confident’ workplace. And it’s how you know you’re joining an inspiring, inclusive organisation.
