Summary
You will need to use all your learned skills in processes, organisation and ability to check and challenge to help us deliver a first-class service.

The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives on making processes better and keeping multiple work‑streams on track.
You will:
Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, focused and be a good self starter.
Be a confident user of digital document systems (OneDrive/SharePoint), able to use excel and other products to an advanced level and comfortable learning new housing‑sector software
Possess a customer‑focused approach and the ability to liaise effectively with both technical teams and social‑housing tenants
Show a “can‑do” attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver improvements across the service
