Tyne and Wear Learning Trust are seeking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic teacher to join their highly successful school, Barnwell Academy.
At Barnwell Academy we strive to deliver an outstanding education which will change and improve the lives of pupils in our care. We are committed to creating a secure, caring and stimulating learning environment in which everyone can achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching the Key Stage 1/EYFS curriculum to a high standard. They will work as part of a team of staff alongside the Deputy Headteacher/EYFS Lead and SENDCO to ensure there is effective early support for all pupils.

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
