Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is

Organize salon operations and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
Monitor sales, set targets, and implement promotions to achieve business goals.
Assist with hiring, training, and motivating new team members.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, services, and industry best
practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a beauty salon manager or in a similar management role within the beauty industry. If not managerial experience, beauty qualifications is essential with a keen passion and drive for learning is essential, with the ability to efficiently and quickly learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
A passion for beauty services, customer care, and team development.
Ability to perform a variety of beauty treatments (nails, facials, massage, and
other beauty services) with a high level of skill.
