As a Teacher of Maths at The Bulwell Academy, you will believe passionately about making a difference to the life of every student and do so with integrity, humility, and relentless positivity. Your expertise will empower learners to develop their skills in a creative and collaborative classroom environment Our ideal candidate would:
• Foster a love of learning.
• Be an outstanding and reflective classroom practitioner.
• Set high expectations and be a positive role model – consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours which we expect of pupils.
Requirements:
To apply for the Teacher of Maths opportunity you must hold:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant field
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths
• Recent and relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

The Maths Department at The Bulwell Academy is dedicated to fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of mathematics among students. Led by a team of passionate and experienced educators, the department offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to challenge and engage learners of all abilities. With a focus on innovative teaching methods and a commitment to academic excellence, the department ensures that every student has the opportunity to succeed and develop critical thinking skills. The supportive and collaborative environment encourages students to explore mathematical concepts and apply them to real-world situations, preparing them for future academic and career success.
About Creative Education Trust:
Creative Education Trust was established in 2010 to work in England’s post-industrial and coastal towns and cities. We are now a network of 17 schools educating 14,500 children and young people.
We have chosen to work with schools in challenging circumstances.
