The Best Connection are looking for a Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with sheet metalwork, and Press Brake Setting / Operating. This is a temporary to permanent position after a successful trial period of around 12 weeks.
Job Title: Brake Press Setter Operator
Location: Accrington
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 16:30
Job Description: The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in a metalwork manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating the Armada press brake machine. Unloading/loading of materials. Understanding and interpreting engineering drawings. Using various measuring tools to ensure precision and quality. Requirements: Around 5 years experience in setting and operating brake press machines. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings. Skilled in using various measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
