Pre-opening Waiter/ess job opportunity for a Rooftop restaurant and bar at art'otel London Hoxton
We are recruiting for a passionate and driven Waiter/ess to join the opening team of what's set to become one of Hoxton's most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.
Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art'otel London Hoxton, this chef-led rooftop restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London's skyline.
The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.
As our Waiter/ess, you will receive:
- Salary: £13.04 per hour plus generous TRONC - Up to £15.50/hour (rate inclusive of TRONC)

We are looking for our Waiter/ess, who:
- Takes drink and food orders in a timely and efficient manner and serves them with professionalism and following established service standards
- Answers guests' questions regarding the cocktail menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding to requests promptly
- Is fully flexible to work as per the rota, including late evenings
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- Has previous Waiter/Waitress experience
