Location: Harrow.
Pay Rate: £25-£35 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 5-30 hours per week
Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time | In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to one personalised tuition in Maths and/or English adapting lessons to meet the student's learning profile.
- Use SEN-informed teaching strategies to keep lessons engaging, accessible and confidence-building.
- Support the student's academic progress while helping them develop self-esteem and resilience.
- Collaborate with families or professionals when necessary to ensure continuity of care and learning.
- Track and report on progress in a way that reflects both academic gains and personal development.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring GCSE Maths and English.
- Extensive experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have, or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Qualifications:
- PGCE and/or Qualified Teacher Status.
- Experience working with students with EHCP's or in alternative or therapeutic education settings.
- Knowledge of behavioural or communication strategies, including visual timetables or sensory tools.
