Salary: Up to £50,000 (Pro Rata) or £257 Per Day
Contract: Part-Time (Minimum 3 Days/Week), transition to Full-Time from September
We are a dedicated specialist school seeking an experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the communication development of learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and primarily non-verbal profiles.
About the Role:

Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to support and implement personalised communication strategies

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, HCPC registered

Significant experience working with children and young people with ASD, SLD, and non-verbal communication needs

Background in a specialist SEN setting is essential

Strong understanding of AAC, PECS, and other alternative communication systems
