Salary: £100 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm

Job Description:

A specialist SEN school in Southwark is seeking a caring and proactive Autism Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. This full-time role involves supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning, communication, and social challenges.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodivergent young people and who is looking for a long-term position with potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to students with autism

Use strategies and tools such as PECs, Makaton, and visual timetables

Requirements:

Experience supporting children or young people with autism in educational, care, or community settings
