Are you a passionate and resilient teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people?

A specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Grantham is seeking two experienced Class Teachers to join their dedicated team. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to work with either Primary or Secondary students, depending on your expertise.

The Role:

You'll deliver creative, individualised lessons tailored to students with a range of SEMH needs. The setting prioritises emotional wellbeing alongside academic achievement, so a nurturing, structured approach is essential. You'll work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families to implement strategies that support each student's development and progress.

Role Requirements:

- Experience in supporting students with SEN or SEMH
- The ability to tailor education to needs of neurodiverse students
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Calm, empathetic, and adaptable in approach

The School:

The school provides a supportive, well-resourced environment with a strong focus on inclusivity, pupil wellbeing, and personalised education. Their approach includes outdoor learning, therapeutic interventions, and structured support systems to help students succeed both emotionally and academically.
