We’re looking for an experienced and technically-minded Mortgage Expert to join our growing Member Support team.
This is a key role supporting our Academy members—especially those just starting out in their mortgage careers, through expert coaching, case placement advice, and technical training.

What You’ll Be Doing
One-to-one coaching for Academy members, particularly on their first cases
Supporting training academies and delivering content in specialist areas
Responding to technical queries via Google Chat, LinkedIn groups, and other channels
Assisting with the creation of mortgage product content for our Learning Management System (LMS)
Keeping your lender criteria knowledge sharp and up-to-date
Delivering tailored 1-1 training for Academy Boost members
Supporting the wider network by handling phone and email queries as part of the
Member Support team
