Crynodeb
We are looking to recruit an experienced Diabetic Nurse Practitioner to be involved in a pilot project to enhance diabetic care. This is directed to addressing care in a sub-group of diabetic patients deemed high risk with the aim of optimising glycaemic control and proactively being involved in education of patients and the clinical team at Moore Street alike.
