Crynodeb
The sucessful candidate will provide specialist lymphoedema care including new patient lymphoedema assessment, measuring for garments, reviewing plan of care. The role involves assessment of patient care needs, care planning, delivery of care and review. The role predominantly delivering patient lymphoedema care to patient in their homes, care home, comleting joint visit with district nurse and providing clinic cover for routine lymphoedema patient as required. The sucessful candidate will be required to work independently as part of the wider Specialist team reporting back to senior staff on duty.
