What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping the people we support enjoy exciting activities in the community and make new memories
  • Assisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and having fun together
  • Offering personal care when needed, ensuring the people we support feel confident and independent
  • Using a digital app (Nourish) to keep track of care plans and progress – we’ll show you how, no worries!
  • Encouraging positive outcomes and supporting people in their goals

Who we’re looking for:

  • A positive and energetic attitude – you’re someone who thrives in dynamic, lively environments
  • A team player – you love working with others and building relationships
  • Adaptable and flexible – each day brings something new, and you’re excited to rise to the challenge
  • No experience required – we’ll provide you with full training, including the chance to gain an NVQ Level 2 qualification in social care
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential

The details:

You’ll need to be flexible, as this role involves working some weekends, Bank holidays, and sleep ins. A full DBS check will be required for successful candidates.
