Your new role
As a Technology Analyst, you'll play a key role in assessing and optimising the IT systems, identifying opportunities for innovation, and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology aligns with business goals and supports the evolving needs of our communities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Analyse and assess current IT infrastructure, including housing management systems and tenant portals.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements or new technologies.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Support system integration, optimisation, and vendor evaluations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data protection regulations.
- Assist in managing digital transformation projects from planning to implementation.
- Provide user training and first-line support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
