The post holder will provide business and administrative support to the Independent Reviewing Officers within the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Unit.

At each level the post holder will be expected to undertake any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the grade which will assist the Directorate in meeting its objectives or contribute to the post holder's personal development.

Provide general administrative support including photocopying, filling, developing and utilising standard letters and pre-formatted documents, scanning and processing invoices to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of supports to ensure service needs are met and business levels maintained. Ultimately, undertake activities connected with supporting the work of the service ensuring that activities are properly operated to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness.
