At Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) we’re passionately committed to our social purpose, providing affordable, safe, good quality homes and communities for people to live and thrive in.
We’ve launched an exciting digital transformation programme that aims to improve customer and colleague experiences, through new technology and more efficient service delivery.
Excellent communication and engagement will be essential to the success of the programme, and we’re looking for a dynamic communications professional to help us deliver just that.
This part-time Communications Specialist role is fixed term for two years. You’ll be our communications ‘business partner’ for the delivery of the programme, supporting organisational and cultural change. We’re looking for a skilled and innovative storyteller that’s experienced in communications planning and creating and delivering engaging content using a range of digital and other channels to reach different audiences.
You’ll be part of our communications team, which makes sure our internal and external communications meet the diverse needs of our residents and colleagues, and helps protect our brand and reputation. You’ll be based at either our Carlisle or Newcastle offices, and we can offer the flexibility of hybrid working depending on the needs of the programme.
If you like what you’ve read, and you would like the chance to make a real difference as part of our digital transformation programme, apply now, making sure you tell us how you feel you can add value and dynamism to our team. The successful candidate will be rewarded on all levels in a great place to work and a great team of people to work with!
Closing date for applications: Sunday 15th June 2025
Interview date: Tuesday 24th June 2025
