-37.5hrs (might include evenings, some weekends and sleep-in nights)
-Experience as a manager/team leader in healthcare required
-Level 2/3 mandatory; Level 5 desirable
-To provide and supervise the provision of personalised support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, physical health and substance misuse needs who live in our supported living services in Haringey and Enfield.
-Manage our 3 placements
-Supervise junior staff
-Supervise completion of clients paperwork
-Recruitment and completing new assessments
-Audits, etc
