Summary
Be an effective communicator, using tact and empathy, to ensure that a high standard of care is given to the child and family. Manage stock levels of equipment within the school, liaising with correct channels for ordering disposable supplies in a timely manner, ensuring there is always sufficient stock available for the nurising team. Be responsible for the care of electrical equipment, such as blood pressure machines, saturation monitors and scales, ensuring the care and maintenance of such equipment is regulated and they are in good working order. Following training, be responsible for the continence assessments for children requiring continence products, ensuring assessments are carried out 6 monthly with all paperwork completed and returned to provider Be responsible for trouble shooting any problems with continence product deliveries for individual children Maintain accurate clinical records using the documentation processes of SystmOne.
