Sheffield Tachograph and Tail Lift Services Ltd is a family run garage based in Rotherham. We install and maintain tachographs and tail lifts on light and heavy goods vehicles, install and service heaters, and repair roller shutter doors.
We are looking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic part-time receptionist to join our friendly team.
Day to day duties of the role will include:
• Greeting customers and dealing with their requests
• Telephone enquires
• Diary management – job bookings
• Prioritising workload and advising engineers on the order of jobs
• Dealing with emails and responding accordingly
• Provide quotations for job enquiries
• Price up completed job cards ready for invoicing
• Taking payment for jobs completed either in person or over the telephone
• Liaising with external suppliers both on the phone and via email to order parts
• Providing updates to customers on the status of their job, as required
• Any other admin task that is required as part of the role
The successful candidate must be friendly, polite and keen to learn. We will provide all the required training on the job and support and guidance will be offered by current colleagues throughout.
The role is part-time; 2 days per week, salary is dependent on experience.
