Our Marketing MIS department are excited to announce that we are looking for temporary Enrolment Officers.
This role will be working Monday to Thursday from 14th July to 11th September 2025.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced candidates to join our dedicated team.

The Role
* This role will play a vital part in supporting the Summer Enrolment period, providing support across customer service and data
entry, ensuring the accurate input and maintenance of students’ enrolment details onto the student records system.
Main Duties for this role include
* To take responsibility for the accurate input and maintenance of student and enrolment details onto the student records system
* To communicate and support students and curriculum staff during the enrolment period
* To support the whole enrolment process within the team as required, this may include assisting with; setting up rooms, meeting
and directing students, taking photos, form and eligibility checks.
* To perform clerical duties including distribution of forms, filing, photocopying, production of letters, reports and student ID
cards
