Summary
Domestic Electrician needed in Durham, £15.95ph PAYE - Reference: 450580
Part Time Electrician required averaged at 19.5 hours per week as per shift pattern already in place.
- Test and inspect electrical installations in domestic properties in accordance with the 17th IEE wiring regulations as amended from time to time (“the regulations).
- Maintain and repair electrical installations in accordance with the Regulations.
- Replace circuits and consumer units indulging the full rewiring of properties.
- Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation
- Strict adherence to Company Health and Safety and operational policies
- Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination-ordination Team.
- Delivery of electrical repairs and testing in both occupied and void properties
- To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements
This is a Part time role on a temporary contract basis.
