Job Title: CNC Setter - Milling or Turning
Location: West Byfleet
Pay: £16.00 - £18.00ph DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Flexitime: Available for start and finish times

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting Bridgeport 3 axis mills with Heidenhain controls / Fanuc controlled lathes producing high-precision components for a variety of sectors. Depending on your experience, you will be involved in programming, setting, or both.
Key Responsibilities:
⦠Set and operate a 3 axis Heidenhain mills or Fanuc lathes
⦠Edit existing programs as needed
⦠Interpret technical drawings and specifications
⦠Carry out quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment
⦠Ensure parts are machined to tight tolerances
⦠Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
Requirements:
⦠Previous experience in a CNC Milling role
⦠Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
⦠Experience with precision components and close tolerances
⦠Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude
