We’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join us on this journey, someone who lives and breathes technology, and wants to build AI solutions that make a difference.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or a self-taught talent with a deep passion for AI, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, forward-thinking business.

The Role:
As an AI Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and maintaining AI systems that enhance our customer experience, product offerings, and internal processes. You’ll collaborate with various teams to solve real-world problems and help us innovate in how we use technology to drive efficiency and sustainability.

What You’ll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered systems and tools
• Research and experiment with machine learning algorithms to improve performance
• Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models into production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals
• Monitor and optimise AI systems for reliability and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members to share progress and troubleshoot challenges

Preferred (but not essential):
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI technologies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge ideas constructively
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, respectful attitude and a passion for learning
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
