Assist in managing kitchen operations during peak hours, ensuring timely service.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of various cooking techniques.
Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
