Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ASW (Advanced Social Worker) with a minimum of 2 years' experience post-ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) to join our dynamic team in the London MOC (Multi-Agency Operations Centre). Responsibilities
Provide direct support and guidance to children, families, and adults in need of social care services.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individuals and families.
Develop, implement, and review tailored intervention plans to meet clients' needs effectively.
Collaborate with multi-agency teams to facilitate effective service delivery and safeguard vulnerable individuals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Engage in regular supervision and peer support to enhance practice and professional development.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with best practices in social work and legislation.
Requirements
A recognized social work qualification and at least 2 years' post-ASYE experience.
Strong understanding of social work practices, principles, and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention plans.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.83
