HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT (NIGHTS)

Ideal candidates must be patient, dependable, caring and compassionate and should enjoy interacting with the elderly, assisting them with their daily living activities.
Nights Shift hours are: 8pm - 8am.

Who are we looking for:
Candidates must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing our elderly Residents with the high-quality care and support they deserve. The successful candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, well-organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering all aspects of personal care
Communicating effectively with residents and other team members
Meeting the needs of the residents in a person-centred approach
Documenting all aspects of the resident’s care
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Who are we?
Walton Park Care Home is a purpose built home providing accommodation and care for residents living with dementia or are in the frail elderly stages of their life. We have currently undergone a considerable renovation and expansion of the Home which will culminate in a luxury 65 bedded residential and nursing care home with all new equipment, including nurse call system.
