Summary

We are looking for an Adult's Deputy Team Manager to join a Hospital Team

It is REQUIRED to have a Social Work Qualification with at least 2 years of post qualified experience

About the Team

The team is responsible for conducting assessments and ensuring care plans are in place for vulnerable individuals leaving hospital. Able to conduct a Section 117 assessment that may need to be done with integrated services to ensure a safe discharge when mental health issues are present. Additionally, this position involves aiding in the day to day running of the team by supervising Social Workers to make sure they are working according to necessary protocols and with the patients best interests in mind.

About You

Experience working as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Team Manager in a hospital or community based team will lend well for this role. A degree within Social Work (Degree/ DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience is essential. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are preferred but not essential to this role.
