Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care at our Bedford location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the care home is a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Work closely with residents and their families to address any concerns and provide the highest level of customer service.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the care home, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
